PimHill Barn

This architecturally stunning barn which dates back to 1584 provides the perfect surroundings for a party. The large room has beautiful oak beams and is adjoined to a traditional brick cart shed with open arches, providing a covered outdoor area. The barn has exposed brick work, rustic beams and a wooden floor. All of the power for the barn is generated from solar panels situated on the roofs of farm buildings at Lea Hall. A combination of the past and the present is what makes the barn a truly unique venue.

Pimhill Barn has seated capacity for up to 150 guests, or 250 if you wish to join a marquee on to the barn. A full list of recommended local suppliers can be provided, covering everything from tables and chairs, flowers and food, but you are of course completely welcome to use your own chosen suppliers. The barn is a blank canvas; our aim is for you to have exactly the event or party that you have imagined. 

The barn is fitted with modern toilets and baby changing facilities. A kitchen adjoins the barn directly and is available for use by the caterer of your choosing. It has its own seperate access to the barn as well as access to the courtyard. In the kitchen there are prep tables, a fridge, a freezer, and a double sink. Behind the cart shed there is an adjoining Julio Barbieri marquee which provides further covered space. 

We have five outdoor tables and thirty chairs to borrow at short notice – i.e. if the weather is surprisingly good! 

There is an area suitable for fireworks. 

The Barn is licensed for both alcohol and music until 1 AM.
