Recently Stephen Sutton Photography were booked to shoot stills for a corporate film production company FRESH MINT FILMS, the shoot was to take place in London and featured the Olympic diver Tom Daley.
Fresh mint films had been commissioned to do the filming for Jump trampolines that were launching their new line of outdoor trampolines and had the endorsement of Olympic diver Tom Daley.
We were asked to produce the stills and take portraits of Tom Daley and some behind the scenes images for jump trampoline and also the film crew.
Once we arrived at the studios in London I had to move fast to get all the lighting and backdrops set up, all of the stills had to be taken prior to filming.
After the stills photography had been completed Martyn and his team then started the filming ,this took around six hours to complete.
After several stops at Starbucks and copious amounts of coffee we all made it back home for the editing to commence.

A MOAT HOUSE WEDDING
Nicola & Matt recently got married at the Moat House in Acton Trussell, a venue I’m fortunate enough to be one of there recommended suppliers. Nicola was a bridesmaids for her sister who’s’ wedding I had photographed a few years prior at Somerofrd Hall so she already new how I worked and my style of photography. It was also great to see four more couples who’s wedding I had photographed in the past as guests at this wedding.
Most couples that book me now opt for the all day wedding collection, this is bridal preparations in the morning through to the evening reception and first dance, it’s a great way to document the whole day and provides them with the full story of the day, It also gives plenty of time to offer some of the more creative photography along with the natural documentary style.

Kerry and Rob Married at Sandon Hall Staffordshire
So the spring and summer edition of Staffordshire bride came through the studio door the other day, when I opened it I spotted Kerry and Rob’s wedding one I photographed at Sandon Hall.
Originally I was booked for their wedding date but the bride that I had originally booked needed to move her date to the following year so I was able to photograph Kerry and Robs wedding.
I had also photographed the family a few years prior to the wedding so was so pleased I could do this for them.
During the service Rob had everyone in stiches as I think the nerves had got to him and he lost all ability to say his lines. We got there in the end though…phew!
We had decided prior to the wedding that most of the photography would be done a Robs parents’ home in Hixon, this is a beautiful family home and grade II listed building with stunning gardens.
Kerry and Rob had also put up a marquee in the grounds for afternoon tea followed by the evening reception with music provided by the Cartoon Kings. Kerry and Rob kept everything pretty relaxed and informal throughout the day. It was a pleasure to document the day for them and I hope the images will provide a lifetime of wonderful memories.

LIVERPOOL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
It’s no secret that Liverpool is one of my favourite cities in the UK, I love working there and also just spending time there when I get the chance. Recently I have also had a number of wedding enquiries for Liverpool so looking forward to photographing a number of weddings there in the future.
Kerryanne and Oliver are getting married this year at Pendrell Hall, as they live in Liverpool and I happened to be there this particular weekend we decided it would be a great idea to meet up and photograph the engagement session in and around Liverpool, Oh that’s right the weather had other ideas! Well kind of, although it wasn’t the best day weather wise we still managed to get a good selection of images plus spend some time together getting to know one another a little better. I’m really looking forward to working for Kerryanne and Oliver at Penrell Hall very soon, so make sure to check back and take a look at their wedding images once we have them up on the blog….

Chillington Hall Wedding Fayre
