This Sunday 29th January we will be at the fabulous Somerford Hall in Brewood for their wedding open day, doors open at 10am and concludes at 4.00pm feel free to come along and take a look round one of the finest wedding venues in the area.
If you have not yet booked your venue then Somerford Hall is a must see before making a final decision on your venue.

I wanted to share some images from a recent bridal fashion shoot at Sandon Hall in Staffordshire. This was test for a project I will doing later on in the year, so I needed to sort out my timings and locations.
The old dining room was my prefered choice to start with its impressive chandelier and long oak table, I love photographing bridal portraits in this room as the light is stunning.
Over the years I have shot numerous weddings at Sandon Hall and find it a photographers dream for locations.

The Spring Bridal Fayre will be on Sunday 11th march 10.30am-4.00pm with free parking and free entry

Wedding and Portrait Photographer | Stafford
This morning we headed off into Stafford Town Park to Photograph Rio & Andrew.It was a lovely frosty morning, a little on the cold side but non the less great for the pre wedding shoot. I prefer to do the pre shoots outdoors rather than in my studio as this is (weather permitting ) where we will be spending most of our time for the wedding photographs, however we do have the option to use the Studio should the weather for the pre shoot be against us.
The pre shoot itself is very relaxed and around half an hour, these are normally shot on a weekday and in Stafford.
Rio & Andrew will be getting married this year at Somerford Hall in Brewood one of my favourite venues, The venue has some fabulous opportunities both indoors and out for some great photographs.

The Old School House | Weeford | Donna and Daniel Wedding
As promised here are a few images from Donna and Daniel’s Wedding.
Donna and Daniel chose to hold their Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception at The Old School Housewhich is in a quiet village of Weeford, near Lichfield, Staffordshire. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside yet minutes away from the local motorway network.
It was a lovely sunny day…We started the day photographing the bridal preps and details such as shoes, flowers, perfume and jewelry, then we went onto the The Old School House to photograph the Groom, best man and guests arriving.
The service was held in the Marque at the Old School House, and from here we headed outside into the grounds for photographs and of course a much needed drink for everyone.
After the Wedding Breakfast Donna and Daniel had arranged for a Hypnotist to entertain their guests. They chose Ian Dee, who is based in the UK. He had the guests laughing hysterically.

Baby Photographer {Staffordshire}
Introducing baby Reuben
This little chap came into the studio just before Christmas with his mummy and daddy for his first Watch me grow Photo shoot. Now on his second WMG photo shoot and he has changed so much already…….He’s a very smiley little fella but on this occasion was saving his smiles for everytime I put the camera down.
You have to work hard to get a baby to smile that’s why it is so rewarding when they do.
The Photographic Studio is now in its 10th year of offering the watch me grow package and we are also proud to be the Master Photographers Associations local Cherubs photography studio for Stafford, Stoke, Cannock and surrounding areas.
Watch me grow fees are still only £35.00 for 4 sittings in a year…this includes 1x 10″x8″ print from each session, this is a great gift for any parent.
