Here’s a wedding I shot at Hadley Park house on the outskirts of Telford Shropshire.
As the album is due for delivery this week I thought it was a good time to pop a few images on here from Helen and Jacks wedding.
It was also nice to see so many familiar faces at this wedding as I have photographed a number of Helen and Jack friends weddings in the past.
Bridal Preparations
We met Helen and her Bridesmaids in the morning to photograph the preparations and details.
I was booked for all day coverage right up to the couples first dance in the evening, pretty much documenting the day as it unfolded.
Wedding ceremony
Helen & Jack held their wedding ceremony in the pretty, atmospheric conservatory which has a beautiful colonial style,with wooden shutter and ceiling drapes which make for a stunning location. This also allows for a lot of natural light so the room is bright and airy.
Evening reception
The evening wedding reception was held in the Mulliner suit at Hadley Park House Hotel, this is a lovely reception area that is self contained with its own entrance and bar area. A light spacious room with features that keep in line with the Georgian charm of the main building.

Wedding photography at Chillington Hall
Tom and Lucy married at St Christopher’s Church in Codsall followed by a reception at Chillington Hall.
As a recommended supplier at Chillington Hall it’s great when I get the chance to return and photograph at this stunning venue, plus they feed me well and supply me with cups of tea 😉
Always spoilt for choice with jaw dropping locations inside and out this truly is a magnificent wedding location.
If you’re looking for a wedding venue Chillington would have to be on the list to look at.

A Moat House Wedding
Jo and Gareth got married at St Giles Church in Haughton Followed by a reception at The Moat House in Acton Trussell.
One essential piece of kit on this particular wedding was a snow shovel !! I could not believe how much snow we had over night, plus the trip to the bride’s house required me to go over Cannock chase, needless to say I set off over an hour early.
On making it to the bride’s house I found myself being dug out twice as the snow was so deep. What I found particularly humbling about this wedding was how all the neighbours with 4×4’s put themselves on standby should anyone need a lift to the church or the moat house.
As usual I will let my pictures tell the story….

Emma & Miles married at the Moathouse
A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing Emma and Miles wedding at The Moathouse in Acton Trussell.
The wedding was on Thursday, 24 hours before we had all the snow.This was also my first chance to photograph the newly decorated bridal and Acton suite and they both looked amazing.
One of the great benefits of the Moathouse is the option to use the library for photographs, although it was a dry day it was also very cold: so we decided the library would be a good option to photograph some of the requested family groups.
After the groups the couple decided to brave the elements and head off outdoors for their photographs, we even took a little bit of the library out with us ( with the managers permission of course)
so here is a peek at Emma and Miles special day at The Moathouse…..
